"Now that I've been through a couple of bags, I actually don't like the new bags. When the coffee gets low the bag doesn't open wide enough at the top to get my hand out of the bag holding my scoop of coffee. It needs to open up a little bit more. It's very frustrating that I have to spill some of the coffee out of my scoop so I can tilt my hand enough to get it back out of the bag."
